The following terms and conditions (the “Terms of Service) govern your access to and use of the site and subscriptions.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Service or the site or subscriptions shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts in and for Anne Arundel County, Maryland, or a county contiguous thereto.

ADEQUATE EQUIPMENT

As a result, title and risk of loss for such merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. No waiver by worldAWAKE of any term or condition set forth in these Terms of Service shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of worldAWAKE to assert a right or provision under these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and worldAWAKE with respect to the site and subscriptions and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the site and subscriptions. A printed version of these Terms of Service and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these Terms of Service to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
