As a dedicated member of the Mastermind, you agree to…
Show up fully, hold nothing back, and be willing to explore your experiences candidly and deeply.
Take responsibility for your words and actions—follow through on your commitments to the group, communicate when you’re feeling challenged or overwhelmed, recognize the impact your wake has on others, and choose a position of ownership instead of victimhood. I don’t expect perfection on this, just genuine intent.
Be willing to laugh at yourself and to have your ideas challenged.
Hold a supportive and confidential space for fellow group members. No personal stories or discussions leave the group.
Be present and on time at every live Arete session, except in case of personal emergency. Communicate early to request schedule changes, and do so very infrequently. You may miss a maximum of one meeting every 3 months.
The investment for this program is $1,200 USD/month for twelve months, or $11,900 USD when paid in full upon placement in a Mastermind group.
